1. Acceptance
By using FestivalMates, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use FestivalMates.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for your account. Don't share your credentials. One account per person.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't:
- Harass, spam, or threaten other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Use automated systems to scrape or access the platform
We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
You own your content (photos, stories, reviews, messages). By posting, you grant us a license to display it within FestivalMates. You can delete your content at any time.
6. Pro Subscription
€9.99/month or €59.99/year. Cancel anytime through Settings. Refunds are handled per Stripe's policy.
7. Affiliate Links
Some links (tickets, gear) may be affiliate links. We earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect our recommendations.
8. Disclaimer
FestivalMates is a social platform. We don't guarantee matches, festival safety, or ticket availability. Festival info is provided as-is and may be inaccurate. We recommend meeting new connections in public places and informing someone you trust.
9. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law (Netherlands).
