Decibel is for hardstyle, raw, hardcore, and uptempo fans who want the broadest possible coverage of the harder electronic spectrum across three days. Camping is offered but optional — day tickets and weekend-only passes exist for non-campers. Crowd skews 18-30, heavily Dutch, German, and Belgian, group-heavy, with around a third of attendees travelling from outside the Netherlands. Skip it if you want house, melodic techno, or any softer subgenre — Decibel commits fully to the hard genres. Three days of 150+ BPM is also physically demanding.

The shuttle from Tilburg Central station is €12.50 return when bought pre-sale via the B2S ticketshop (more expensive on-site); buses run Friday 10:00-02:00, Saturday 12:00-02:00, and Sunday 12:00-01:00. Take the shuttle rather than driving — Sunday-afternoon parking queues are notorious. Camping typically opens Thursday afternoon; confirm the exact time on the official info page closer to the date.

The harder-subgenre stages (RAW, Industrial, Neon Forest) often deliver better crowd energy than the Mainstage by late Saturday and Sunday — don't default to the biggest stage for every set. Earplugs are essential; three days of hardcore and raw will damage unprotected hearing. Hilvarenbeek is rural with limited offsite food, so plan around onsite vendors or stock the campsite with your own supplies.
